Grade is needle density together with base clarity: how much gold is visible inside the bead, and how clean the quartz around it is. Those move independently, so 8 mm 3A can read stronger than 12 mm A.

Both are quartz with metal-oxide needles sold as rutilated quartz; trade names vary by density and colour. We describe the material in the lot rather than relying on the marketing name.

Do you supply a higher grade?
