Rainbow moonstone is a trade name for white labradorite that shows a blue sheen — the flash appears on the surface and shifts as the piece turns. It photographs well under warm light, which is why it moves quickly in gift and wellness ranges.
We sort this collection by flash strength rather than by colour alone. A strand with a strong, even flash across most beads is a different buying decision from a pale strand with two bright beads, and it is priced differently.

Before you order
Is rainbow moonstone the same as moonstone?
No. In the trade it is white labradorite with a blue sheen. True moonstone is a different feldspar with a softer, peach-to-white glow. We supply the blue-flash material under the rainbow moonstone name.
Which grade should I start with?
For a display counter, 3A shows a more even flash and is easier to sell without a photo. For volume and promotional lines, A gives a lower unit cost with more variation across the strand.
Can you match an existing lot I bought elsewhere?
