Density is the grade
A shows moderate needles with visible clear quartz between them. 3A shows heavier, more continuous gold. Ask for both at the same size if your customers compare side by side.
Every lot differs
Needle pattern is natural. Approve a photo of the actual lot before shipment; repeat orders are matched as closely as the stone allows, not guaranteed identical.
Photo it flat and in daylight
Density is easiest to judge on a white background. Ask for one flat photo and one on skin — they read very differently.

Both are quartz with metal-oxide needles sold as rutilated quartz; trade names vary by density and colour. We describe the material in the lot rather than relying on the marketing name.

Do you supply a higher grade?
Heavier density is quoted as a made-to-order line, subject to what the current lot allows.
